• Rose Colored Shades.

  funny, i've written TONS of blogs, but never on here. so today is a first for me, i'm pretty stoked about it. i've been doing some different things lately, switching gears mostly, as i changed my major at the local college from forensics to real estate. pretty exciting, i know. we've been doing a lot of stuff with the "Short Pay Refinance" that everyone's been talking about lately. it's pretty interesting to say the least. we had to do research on some sites that were offering help on the subject, and the best one we found by far is http://www.shortpayrefi.org/. it's definitely been the most helpful, and they really know their stuff. check them out if you have a minute. it's totally worth it.
